Terms of Service

CreaitorsOS is the operations platform of Creaitors Sdn Bhd ("Creaitors", "we", "us"). Our team uses it to run content production, live commerce, creator and affiliate work, and reporting for the brands we serve. These terms apply to everyone who uses CreaitorsOS or connects an account to it.

By signing in, or by connecting a third-party account to CreaitorsOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CreaitorsOS and do not connect an account.

CreaitorsOS is not open to the public. It is used by:

• Our team: staff and contractors given a login by Creaitors.
• Our clients: brand representatives given a client login to review work, approvals and reports for their own brand.
• Account owners: people who hold a brand's account on another platform (for example a TikTok account or a TikTok Shop seller account) and connect it to CreaitorsOS through a link we send them. They do not need a CreaitorsOS login.

Your login is personal. Keep your password to yourself, do not share your access, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done under your login.

CreaitorsOS can connect to accounts on other platforms, including TikTok, TikTok Shop and Notion. When you connect an account:

• You confirm that you own the account or are authorised to connect it for the brand.
• You allow CreaitorsOS to read the data shown on that platform's permission screen and to use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can withdraw that permission at any time, either by asking us to disconnect the account or from the platform's own settings.

Your use of each platform stays subject to that platform's own terms. CreaitorsOS is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, TikTok, Shopee or Notion beyond using the interfaces they provide to developers.

You agree not to:

• use CreaitorsOS for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights;
• try to access data, accounts or areas you have not been given access to;
• copy, scrape or export data from CreaitorsOS other than for the work it was shared for;
• interfere with the platform, probe it for weaknesses, or disrupt other users.

A brand's materials, account data and results remain the brand's. We use them only to deliver our services to that brand and to operate CreaitorsOS. Work our team produces is governed by the service agreement between Creaitors and the client.

The CreaitorsOS software, its design and its name belong to Creaitors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the platform as intended.

CreaitorsOS holds confidential business information about Creaitors and its clients. If you are given access, keep what you see confidential and use it only for the purpose it was shared for.

We work to keep CreaitorsOS available and its figures correct, but it is provided as it is. Figures that come from other platforms can arrive late, be revised by that platform, or be incomplete, and reports in CreaitorsOS reflect what those platforms returned at the time. We may change, suspend or remove features.

To the extent the law allows, Creaitors is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of CreaitorsOS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where a client has a signed service agreement with Creaitors, that agreement prevails over these terms if the two conflict.

We may suspend or end a login, or disconnect a connected account, if these terms are breached, if the engagement or employment it was issued for ends, or to protect the platform or its users. You may stop using CreaitorsOS at any time and ask us to disconnect any account you connected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CreaitorsOS after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
